Cococio's shipping services cover most countries and regions in Oceania, North America, South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa (the specific deliverable range can be checked and confirmed by selecting the country/region of the delivery address when placing an order on the official website. Some remote islands or regions not cooperating with mainstream logistics providers may not support delivery temporarily, and a clear prompt will be displayed during the query. No matter which continent you are on, as long as you are within the deliverable range, you can enjoy our Standard Shipping or Free Shipping services. We will automatically match the corresponding regional shipping rules based on your delivery address; no additional application is required.

After you complete the payment and the order is approved, we will finish the stock preparation (including fabric inspection, ironing and finishing, packaging of the dress, etc., to ensure the product is not damaged during transportation) and arrange the shipment within 3-5 working days. After the shipment is dispatched, we will immediately send you the logistics tracking number and logistics inquiry link via email (sent to the email address you filled in when placing the order). You can track the transportation progress of the package in real time through this link and learn about the current location of the package, the estimated delivery time, and other information.   • Shipping Time: Affected by the geographical distribution of Oceania (such as Australia, New Zealand, and surrounding islands), the Standard Shipping time varies. The shipping time to major cities in mainland Australia and New Zealand is 10-18 working days, and the shipping time to surrounding islands or remote regions is 18-25 working days. The specific time is subject to the estimated delivery time displayed in the logistics inquiry link.

  • Applicable Order Scope: Orders with an order amount (calculating only the product amount, excluding additional taxes) exceeding $150 are eligible for Free Shipping automatically. The system will automatically waive all shipping fees during the order checkout process; no manual operation is required.
  • Service and Shipping Time: Free Shipping uses the same logistics service providers and package processing procedures as Standard Shipping, and the shipping time follows the Standard Shipping time of the corresponding region, ensuring that you can still enjoy stable delivery services while benefiting from Free Shipping.   • Shipping Time: The Standard Shipping time to major countries in North America (such as the United States and Canada) is 7-14 working days. Among them, most cities in the mainland United States can achieve delivery within 7-10 working days, and the shipping time to Canada and remote states of the United States (such as Alaska and Hawaii) is 12-14 working days. If it coincides with North American holidays (such as Thanksgiving and Christmas), the shipping time may be extended by 3-5 working days, and we will release a holiday logistics time notice on the official website in advance.

  • After-Sales Related: For orders enjoying Free Shipping, if you need to apply for a return later due to personal reasons and the remaining order amount after return is less than 95 $ dollars, we will not retroactively charge the originally waived shipping fee; if the entire order is returned, the refund amount will be the full product amount you actually paid, with no deduction of any shipping fees.

We will arrange the secondary shipment of the out-of-stock products for you free of charge after they are restocked, with no additional shipping fees required.

III. Shipping-Related Precautions

  1. Package Signing and Inspection: Please ask yourself or the designated recipient to check the appearance of the package for damage or signs of opening on the spot when signing for it. If you find that the package is damaged, the dress is missing, or damaged, do not sign for it. Immediately inform us via email (customer@cococio.com) and take photos of the damaged package and the logistics waybill as evidence.
