Problem Handling: If you encounter problems such as payment failure, page freezing, or the order not showing successful payment after deduction when redirecting to the PayPal platform, you can first log in to your PayPal account, enter the "Transaction History" section to check the transaction status, and confirm whether the payment has been deducted. If the payment has been deducted but the Cococio order still shows "Pending Payment", please send an email to customer@cococio.com with your Cococio order number, PayPal transaction number, payment time, and relevant screenshots (such as PayPal deduction certificate, order status screenshot). III. Payment-Related Instructions
  1. Order Amount and Payment Time Limit: The order amount is subject to the display on the Cococio official website. This amount includes the product cost and basic shipping fee (the shipping fee is calculated based on your delivery address, the weight of the purchased dress, and the package volume; the specific amount will be clearly displayed on the checkout page). It does not include fees such as customs duties and value-added taxes that may be charged by the destination customs (relevant fees need to be borne by you in accordance with local customs regulations; if you want to know about customs duty-related information, you can consult us via email before placing the order). After all orders are submitted, it is recommended that you complete the payment within 24 hours. Orders that are not paid within the time limit will be automatically cancelled (the system will inform you of the reason for the order cancellation via email). If you still need to purchase the dress, you need to place a new order. When placing a new order, if there are changes in the product price or inventory (such as the out-of-stock of popular red dresses), the information displayed on the page when placing the new order shall prevail.
